15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, including our officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

16. LICENSED INSOLVENCY TRUSTEE REFERRALS
We are not a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) and do not administer consumer proposals or bankruptcies. In Canada, these services can only be provided by a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Where appropriate, we may refer you to a qualified and licensed professional. Any such referral does not guarantee outcomes and is subject to the terms and obligations of that professional.
